When you write to me through the form or by email, I process your name, email address and message. I use them only to reply to your message and, where relevant, to prepare a quote.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and my legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

The form sends your message through Web3Forms, which delivers it to me by email and acts as a processor. I do not share your data with anyone else or use it for marketing.

I keep messages for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any collaboration, at most 3 years after our last contact.

You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict processing and to object. Just email the address above. You can also contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).

This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so it shows no cookie banner.

The form remembers the time of your last submission in your browser (localStorage) to prevent repeated sending. This never leaves your browser and is not used for tracking.

Fonts are served from this site itself, so your browser does not connect to any third-party service for them.
